How we charge.
Most commissions are fee-based on a percentage of construction cost; studies and masterplans are fixed-fee.
For buildings we charge a percentage of the construction cost, usually 8–13% depending on size and complexity, split across the work stages.
Yes. Many clients start with a fixed-fee feasibility study before deciding to continue.
We work across northern Europe from our two studios, and take on competitions further afield.
A partner leads every commission, supported by a project architect who stays with it from first sketch to handover.
